Each kit is carefully inspected, hand-curated, and custom-packed in small batches to ensure your satin scrunchie, ice roller, and fresh collagen masks arrive in pristine, boutique condition.

It’s incredibly simple! Just pop open the silicone mold, fill it with water (you can even add rose petals, cucumber slices, or green tea for an extra spa vibe!) and freeze it upright overnight.

In the morning, run it under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the cap, then gently roll it over your face to instantly depuff, tighten pores, and wake up your skin.
Are the under-eye and lip masks safe for sensitive skin? +
Yes, absolutely! Our collagen under-eye masks and hydrating lip masks are formulated with gentle, nourishing ingredients designed to soothe and hydrate without irritation.

However, if your skin is extremely sensitive, we always recommend doing a quick patch test before your first use.
Can I return my product if I change my mind? +
We want you to love your self-care journey! If for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for items that are completely unused, unopened, and still in their original sealed packaging (return shipping is covered by the customer).

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on collagen lip masks or under-eye tubs once opened.

If your Glow Kit, such as your ice roller, or actual product contents arrive damaged or broken in transit, please contact our support team within 14 days with a quick photo for a free replacement. Please note we cannot replace items for minor scuffs or dents on the outer shipping boxes if the product inside is undamaged. 🤍
